Dr Mark Harwood
Dr Mark Harwood completed his tertiary education at the University of Sydney where he received B.Sc., B.E. (Hons) and Ph.D. degrees.
His postgraduate studies were focused on radio telescopes and computer techniques for antenna design and measurement.
Mark played a key role in the development of Australia’s national satellite system.
He has now retired from the aerospace industry where he was General Manager, Strategy and Planning for the Optus satellite business.
During his university years, Mark was something of a ‘closet Christian’ because he could not understand the basis of his faith.
He assumed that God must have created through the processes of evolution but that idea provided no meaningful basis for Christ’s sacrificial death on the cross. But when he was confronted on the historical truth of the creation account in Genesis, he realised that those opening chapters were actually true.
Then God’s plan of redemption finally made sense.
He speaks passionately, both in Australia and internationally, about the scientific credibility and the Gospel relevance of the Genesis account of creation.

Rod Walsh
In 1997 Rod was inspired to build a model of Noah's Ark to show that it was a real part of history. Over the next 7 years, Rod & Nancy ministered to more than 600 venues around Australia, speaking to churches, Sunday Schools, schools, shows etc. before starting work with CMI Australia in 2005. He's been a Christian since 1981, and over this time he has been a Sunday School Superintendent, Elder and spent several years going into Barwon Prison with Prison Fellowship

Dr craig Russell
Craig was awarded an Agricultural Science degree and a PhD in Soil Fertility and Plant Nutrition from the University of Western Australia, and has spent most of the last 20 years as a University research scientist in Canada, the USA and Australia. Craig has worked on both agricultural and environmental projects and his research interests encompass environmental biogeochemistry, with a particular interest in nitrogen, phosphorus and carbon. Currently based in Albany, Western Australia, Dr Russell manages a university analytical facility, participates in agro-environmental research and assists with undergraduate teaching.
