Below are conventions from 2010 through to 2017


For MAC Users - to save a mp3 or mp4

  • Left click on 'Resources' at bottom left of your screen
  • Right click on 'download this media' 
  • Left click on 'download linked file as' and save it to your MAC.


For PC Users - to save a mp3 or mp4

  • Left click on 'Resources' at bottom left of your screen
  • Left click on 'download this media' 
  • Pause the video/audio
  • Right click on arrow at bottom right of media
  • Left click on 'save as' to save it to your PC
